I haven't been able to post for a while as I've not been well enough, Niamh's been ill and now I have an absess that I have had to have operated on today. So thought I would put a quick post up to say i'll be back to normal service as soon as possible.
Make yourself and Niamh your priority and ask for help you need to get through without going into a full blown relapse. Hope you improve/ stabilise soon, ox
